Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) Senior Consultant / Lead with 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, including strong expertise in SAP CO-PA and SAP S/4HANA Finance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in leading end-to-end implementations, rollouts, migrations, and support projects with deep knowledge of Account-Based CO-PA, Costing-Based CO-PA, profitability reporting, and integration with Finance and Logistics modules.
The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize profitability analysis processes while providing leadership during implementation and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP CO-PA implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
- Configure and support Account-Based CO-PA and Costing-Based CO-PA.

- Derivation Rules
- Valuation Strategies
- PA Transfer Structures
- Configure profitability segment reporting and reconciliation with Financial Accounting.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities related to CO-PA.
- Work closely with business users to improve profitability reporting and financial analysis.
- Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows.
- Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, Security, and integration teams for solution delivery.
- Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and production support.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership across project teams.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience with 5+ years of specialized experience in SAP CO-PA.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation or migration projects.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex CO-PA and financial integration issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance or Management Accounting Certification is preferred.
- Experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
- Experience in global rollout and support engagements.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
