Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management and Reporting:
o Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sales, inventory, and production.
o Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for different departments.
o Maintain and update databases with accurate and current information.
2. Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination:
o Monitor inventory levels and highlight discrepancies.
o Assist in forecasting and demand planning based on sales trends.
o Support supply chain operations by providing relevant data analysis.
3. Systems Support and Maintenance:
o Ensure the smooth functioning of the MIS system and address any technical issues.
o Collaborate with the IT team to resolve system-related problems.
o Maintain documentation for system operations and updates.
4. Automation and Process Improvement:
o Identify areas for process automation and improvement.
o Work on Excel macros, formulas, and other tools to streamline reporting.
5. Coordination and Communication:
o Liaise with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and design, to understand data needs.
o Present insights and findings to management to support decision-making.
6. Compliance and Confidentiality:
o Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security and confidentiality.
o Maintain accurate records for audits and reviews.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Technical Skills:
o Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
o Knowledge of ERP systems and database management.
o Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages is a plus (e.g., SQL).
3. Experience:
o 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o High attention to detail and accuracy.

o Familiarity with fashion industry workflows (inventory cycles, production schedules).
