About the Role
Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project sites in Gurgaon
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in RCC construction, including Sariya (Reinforcement Steel), Shuttering (Formwork), and Concrete Execution. The candidate should be capable of independently managing site execution, supervising labor teams, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring quality and timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Execute and monitor RCC structural works, including Sariya, Shuttering, and Concrete Execution.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Manage labor teams, subcontractors, and site manpower efficiently.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project engineers for smooth execution.
- Monitor material availability and raise material requirements in advance.
- Maintain daily progress reports, labor attendance, and site records.
- Share daily execution updates, site photographs, and progress reports with management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain site discipline.
- Assist in measurement, billing, and site documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in building construction projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of:
- RCC Structure Work
- Sariya (Reinforcement) Work
- Shuttering (Formwork)
- Concrete Execution
- Experience handling labor contractors and construction site teams.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in residential or commercial building projects.
- Able to independently manage site execution.
- Willing to travel to project sites when required.
