Job Summary:
The Operations Executive will support the day-to-day operational activities of financial inclusion programs by ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and service delivery. The role involves managing operational processes related to customer onboarding, partner coordination, reporting, and compliance to support access to financial services for underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational processes related to financial inclusion services such as account opening, documentation, and customer onboarding.
- Coordinate with field teams, partners, and financial institutions to ensure timely processing of applications and transactions.
- Maintain accurate records, data entry, and documentation in operational systems.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare operational reports, track performance metrics, and support management with insights.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and ensuring smooth customer service delivery.
- Support training and guidance for field staff and partners when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, banking, fintech, microfinance, or financial services (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of financial services or financial inclusion programs
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management
- Attention to detail and process orientation
Key Performance Indicators:
Operational efficiency, accuracy in documentation, turnaround time for applications, partner coordination, and compliance adherence.
