ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a warm, professional, and organised Customer Service Representative for our head office in Tripunithura, Kochi. You will be the first point of contact for customers, distributors, and vendors — handling their queries, following-up on orders, managing complaints, and keeping office operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires excellent communication skills and a genuine customer-first attitude.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Handle customer and distributor queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information on orders, products, delivery status, and basic product documentation
- Follow up with internal teams on pending orders and proactively update customers
- Receive, log, and coordinate resolution of customer complaints until closure
- Maintain customer interaction records and prepare basic reports as required
- Manage day-to-day office operations — supplies, scheduling, correspondence, and admin support
- Greet and receive walk-in customers and visitors at the front desk professionally
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, or office coordination
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English — both spoken and written (mandatory)
- Basic computer skills — MS Office, email, WhatsApp for business
- Patient, warm, and professional in all customer interactions
- Organised, reliable, and proactive in following up on pending matters
