• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Order Management (OMS) solutions to support complex order‑to‑cash business processes.
• Manage the end‑to‑end order lifecycle, including order capture, validation, fulfillment, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
• Configure and maintain Order Objects, Orchestration Plans, Fulfillment Orders, and Salesforce Flows.
• Implement order routing and orchestration rules to support multiple fulfillment scenarios.
• Integrate Salesforce OMS with:
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Payment gateways
- Shipping and logistics systems
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes, including inventory management, fulfillment, payments, billing, and refunds.
• Implement and support integrations using REST APIs, ensuring reliable data flow across systems.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, commerce teams, and integration partners to translate business requirements into scalable OMS solutions.
• Provide post‑implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of OMS capabilities.
• Nice to have: Basic Apex development experience and exposure to complex, high‑volume OMS environments.
