We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining our services, and converting leads into admissions/sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
- Explain courses, services, and offers in a clear and engaging manner
- Generate leads and schedule visits/appointments
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Maintain call records and update CRM data
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Experience in telesales/telecalling is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
