Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Corporate Interior Fit-Outs
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Interior Project Manager to oversee and lead our high-end corporate office interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in corporate/commercial interior fit-outs. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle—from site takeover, vendor coordination, and material procurement to final execution and handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Planning: End-to-end management of corporate office interior projects, ensuring adherence to design specs, timelines, and budgets.
Site Management: Overseeing daily site operations, managing sub-contractors, supervisors, and labor to maintain smooth workflow.
Vendor & Material Coordination: Tracking material procurement, managing vendor timelines, and ensuring high-quality materials reach the site on time.
Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and designers to provide regular project updates and resolve site issues.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitoring project expenses, checking BOQ (Bill of Quantities) compliance, and managing billing/invoicing for vendors and clients.
Quality & Safety Control: Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and maintaining premium finishing standards expected in MNC and corporate workspaces.
Timeline Tracking: Creating and updating project schedules (Gantt charts/WBS) to ensure zero delays in final handover.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager specifically in Corporate Office / Commercial Interior Fit-outs.
Education: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of interior execution drawings, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) layouts, HVAC, and acoustic ceilings.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel/Google Sheets, or Slack/Asana).
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
Portfolio: Must have a proven track record of successfully handing over corporate office projects (ranging from 5,000 to 20,000+ sq. ft.).
