We are looking for an energetic, confident, and goal-oriented Business Development Intern to support our business growth initiatives, generate leads, and build strong relationships with prospective students, franchise partners, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
- Reach out to prospective students, franchise partners, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Assist in promoting IACT Education's training programs and franchise opportunities.
- Follow up with inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and counselling sessions with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
RequirementsEducational Qualification
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Business Development) students are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over phone and email.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, or lead generation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Interest in the education, training, or franchise industry.
