Funstay is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. We are seeking a sales-driven professional who can understand customer requirements, create customized holiday experiences, and convert inquiries into bookings.
Candidates with strong sales backgrounds from any industry are welcome to apply. Prior experience in the travel and tourism sector will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable international holiday packages.
- Design and sell customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide customers with all necessary travel information, including itineraries, destination details, weather updates, and travel guidelines.
- Handle customer queries and negotiate itinerary modifications wherever feasible.
- Drive customer acquisition, bookings, and revenue growth by achieving monthly sales targets.
- Manage the complete B2C sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Act as the voice of the customer by communicating feedback and resolving issues in collaboration with internal teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi or English.
- Proficiency in one or more regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi) will be an added advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Street-smart problem solver with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to generate leads, build partnerships, and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Experience in travel sales or customized holiday packages is preferred but not mandatory.
