Jital Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Dhar facility. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in process industries such as edible oil processing, soya protein, poultry feed, fish meal, or chemical manufacturing, with a focus on operational efficiency, quality assurance, safety compliance, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end production operations and ensure achievement of production targets
Monitor process efficiency, plant performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Supervise plant machinery, maintenance activities, and minimize operational downtime
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, safety, and quality standards
Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
Optimize raw material utilization, inventory control, and production cost per ton
Lead and manage production teams, shift operations, and workforce productivity
Implement safety protocols, environmental compliance, and hygiene standards
Maintain production records, SOPs, audit documentation, and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, procurement, and management teams for smooth plant operations
Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of edible oil, soya processing, poultry feed, fish meal, or chemical production
Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and manufacturing operations
Knowledge of food safety standards, quality systems, and plant compliance
Expertise in production planning, inventory management, and process optimization
Strong leadership, team handling, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), MS Excel, and reporting tools
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma certification preferred
Experience in export-oriented manufacturing units will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
