Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Backend Developer with 4–6 years of experience in building
and deploying scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on
experience with Python and AI-driven solutions, a proven track record of working on live production projects, and strong team leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend systems and APIs
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions
- Work closely with product managers, frontend developers, and AI teams
- Guide and mentor backend developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best
practices
- Take ownership of live projects, deployments, and production support
- Collaborate on system design, workflows, and technical decision-making
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability
- Support integration of AI/ML components into backend systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js (preferred).
- Experience working with AI / ML-based systems using Python (integration,
APIs, workflows)
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing live production projects
- Solid understanding of system design, architecture, and backend workflows
- Experience with RESTful APIs and backend frameworks
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data handling
- Experience in team handling and technical leadership roles
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Experience with Node.js for backend development.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
