Job Description
Growmax Club Edu Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and coordinate our social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
This is a great opportunity for Digital Marketing fresh graduates who are creative, self-disciplined, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar and ensure they are uploaded on time.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for social media content.
- Communicate content requirements clearly to the design and editing team.
- Review designs and videos before publishing and ensure the final output is correct.
- Make sure approved content is uploaded to the appropriate platform at the scheduled time.
- Coordinate with management regarding content approvals, changes, reposts, and updates.
- Oversee the complete social media workflow and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Maintain consistency in social media posting and execution.
- Take responsibility for completing assigned social media tasks with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates with a Digital Marketing background are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and social media management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines and follow schedules.
- Must be self-disciplined and responsible while working from home.
- Ability to work independently with minimal assistance.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
Added Advantage
Candidates who can generate creative content ideas and write social media captions, scripts, posts, or other content write-ups will have an added advantage.
