Job Title: VMC Incharge
Location: Bidadi, Karnataka

Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Head
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible VMC Incharge to oversee Vertical Machining Center (VMC) operations at our Bidadi facility. The candidate will be responsible for machine productivity, manpower supervision, quality compliance, and timely production execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day VMC machine shop operations
- Plan and allocate jobs as per production schedule
- Ensure optimal machine utilization and productivity
- Monitor tool life, cutting parameters, and process improvements
- Handle CNC program verification and prove-outs
- Maintain quality standards as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Production Planning teams
- Troubleshoot machining and process-related issues
- Maintain production reports, rejection reports, and daily MIS
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and 5S practices
- Train and guide machine operators
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5–12 years of experience in VMC operations
- Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or incharge role
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc / Siemens preferred)
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T
- Experience in handling multiple VMC machines

Salary:
- ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month
- Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill level
