The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from different departments.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company websites.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Communicate interview feedback and job offers to candidates.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
