- Manage logistics operations including dispatch, delivery, reverse pickup, and tracking of spare parts.
- Take photographs of spare parts for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
- Coordinate shipments, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure timely availability of spares through follow-up with OEMs, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Handle inward and outward material movement with proper verification of part details and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, MIS reports, stock reports, shipment tracking, and pending case updates.
- Coordinate with service engineers, coordinators, branch management, and vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Escalate delays, shortages, and discrepancies promptly while ensuring corrective follow-up actions.
- Delivery of monitor or other spare parts to the customer location.
- Provide administrative and operational support to branch activities whenever required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree
- Two wheeler license with Scooter
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
