Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
- Explain clinic services, treatment options, health packages, and promotional offers.
- Convert inquiries and leads into consultations and appointments.
- Follow up with potential patients who have shown interest in treatments or services.
- Maintain and update patient and lead databases.
- Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and front-office staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
- Achieve monthly targets for appointments, conversions, and revenue generation.
- Handle patient queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Conduct post-consultation and post-treatment follow-ups.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports and sales activity updates.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
