Job Description
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator & Graphic Designer to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging short-form video content, shooting and editing reels, and designing marketing materials for our educational institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Create professional graphics for social media, advertisements, banners, posters, and marketing campaigns.
- Capture classroom activities, student success stories, events, and institute highlights.
- Edit videos with captions, transitions, effects, and brand elements.
- Generate creative content ideas aligned with current social media trends.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies.
Requirements
- Own smartphone with a good-quality camera for video shooting.
- Own laptop for graphic design and video editing work.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form content creation.
- Strong creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work from the office in Nashik.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in content creation, reel production, graphic design, or social media marketing.
- Portfolio showcasing reels, videos, graphic designs, or social media content.
- Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
Compensation
Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
