Fixme Digital is a digital marketing agency based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, working with clients across multiple industries. We're a small, hands-on team, so interns here get real client exposure from day one — not just coffee runs and busywork.
About the Role
We're looking for a paid Digital Marketing Intern to support our team across content, social media, and campaign execution. You'll work closely with our marketing executive and manager, learning the agency side of digital marketing while contributing real, visible work for live client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with content creation and Canva graphics for client social pages
- Support scheduling and posting across client social media accounts
- Help track competitor activity and industry trends
- Assist with basic reporting (pulling numbers, formatting decks/sheets)
- Support community management — replying to comments/DMs under guidance
- Learn the basics of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup and monitoring
- Take on ad hoc research and admin tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred, but not mandatory)
- Genuine interest in digital marketing and social media
- Basic familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus
- Good written communication skills
- Willing to work on-site in HSR Layout, Bengaluru
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable asking questions
