We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong proficiency in Java. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications, as well as mentoring junior developers and driving best practices across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Java, Spring, and other modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Develop front-end components using technologies such as Jquery.
- Implement and consume RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices through code reviews and automated testing.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and promoting continuous learning.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
