Job Title: Operations Executive – Recruitment
Job Summary
The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, managing candidate documentation, supporting visa and deployment processes, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, candidates, and the internal recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers
- Assist in shortlisting and documentation of candidates
Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding interview schedules and candidate status
- Share CVs, interview feedback, and reports with clients
Documentation & Compliance
- Verify candidate documents (passport, certificates, experience letters, etc.)
- Prepare candidate files and maintain proper records
- Ensure compliance with company and client requirements
Visa & Deployment Support
- Coordinate visa processing and medical documentation
- Assist in the departure and deployment process
Reporting
- Maintain daily / weekly / Monthly recruitment reports
- Update management on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or operations (preferably in a manpower consultancy)
Key Skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of recruitment processes
Strong documentation and record-keeping ability
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Experience
- Experience in overseas recruitment / manpower consultancy
