We're Hiring: Guest Relations Executive (GRE) Company: Zivaya Wellness Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Ahmedabad Airport
Industry: Luxury Wellness & Spa (Hotels, Airports, Lounges)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience: Fresher to 5 years
Working Hours: 8-hour shifts | Outlet runs 24 hours | Rotational Day & Night shifts (flexible)

What You'll Do:
- Welcome and guide guests, explain our services & offers
- Handle bookings, appointments, and daily outlet operations
- Collect payments and manage cash handling with full accuracy
- Upsell services to increase outlet revenue
- Keep the outlet clean, well-branded, and guest-ready at all times
- Build relationships with other brands/teams at the airport to bring in more guests
- Lead and motivate a team of 8–10 staff members
- Ensure guests leave 100% satisfied
Who Can Apply:
- Freshers welcome! 0–5 years' experience accepted
- Background in hospitality, airlines, F&B, banking, retail, or beauty preferred (not mandatory)
- Good communication skills & confident personality
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (day/night)
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible with cash handling
- Non-smokers preferred
