We are seeking a sharp, business-oriented Strategy Leader to drive strategic planning, executive decision support, and cross-functional alignment for a high-growth Business Unit at EXL. The ideal candidate combines management consulting experience , exceptional presentation and storytelling skills , and strong analytical capabilities and should have strong background in Finance & Accounting .
In addition to core strategy work, this role will involve close collaboration with internal marketing teams to align messaging, support go-to-market initiatives, and ensure BU strategies are effectively communicated across channels and stakeholders.
