We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (1-2 years of experience) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for turning complex concepts into functional, visually stunning, and user-friendly designs for mobile applications, websites, and software systems.
You should be highly proficient in Figma and Adobe XD, possessing a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, user journeys, and modern digital aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-to-high fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for mobile apps (iOS & Android), responsive websites, and desktop software using Figma and Adobe XD.
- UI Design: Craft visually appealing user interfaces, maintaining consistency in typography, color palettes, and iconography across all digital platforms.
- Case Studies: Document design processes and compile comprehensive case studies highlighting the problem, research, user journey, and ultimate design solutions for our portfolio.
- User Research: Assist in conducting user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to gather insights and translate them into functional design requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and development teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth handoffs.
- Feedback Iteration: Incorporate constructive feedback from stakeholders and users to refine and optimize existing designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Tools: Expert-level familiarity with Figma and Adobe XD (including components, auto-layout, libraries, and advanced prototyping features).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and at least 1-2 detailed case studies for mobile apps or web platforms.
- Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of grid systems, responsive design, typography, and platform-specific guidelines (e.g., Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design).
- Soft Skills: Excellent remote communication skills, self-motivation, time management, and the ability to work independently in a WFH environment.
