Key Responsibilities for MIS
1. Data Uploading & Management
- Upload daily call center and sales data into internal systems/CRM.
- Maintain and update databases with accuracy and consistency.
- Verify data for errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies before uploading.
- Ensure timely data entry and adherence to reporting deadlines.
2. Sales & Call Center Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Generate call center performance reports (calls handled, conversions, etc.).
- Track KPIs such as:
- Lead conversion rate
- Call volume
- Agent performance
- Revenue targets vs achievement
- Share reports with management and relevant teams.
3. Data Analysis
- Analyze trends in sales and call center performance.
- Identify gaps, performance issues, and improvement areas.
- Support management with insights for business decisions.
4. Coordination
- Work closely with sales and call center teams to collect data.
- Coordinate with team leaders for data validation.
- Support operations with required MIS reports.
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper records of all reports and uploaded data.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Follow company policies for data handling.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas& Power BI -Dashboard
- Basic understanding of CRM tools or data management systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
