Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
Manage loan recovery and regular follow-ups with customers
Explain loan disbursement details and outstanding dues
Maintain proper call records and recovery updates
Ensure timely EMI collections and target achievement
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Prior experience in collections or telecalling preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle customers professionally
Target-oriented approach
Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
