Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Bengali lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in Bengali.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and academic progress.
- Use interactive and student-centric teaching methodologies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage language appreciation, literature awareness, and creative expression.
- Support students' academic and overall development.
- Participate in school activities, parent-teacher meetings, and academic planning.
