Position: Export Air Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding)
Location: Okhla Phase 2
Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end Export Air Freight Operations.
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, transporters and customs brokers.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as MAWB, HAWB, Shipping Bills, Invoices, Packing Lists and related export documentation.
- Ensure timely cargo movement and shipment execution.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate space bookings with airlines and negotiate rates when required.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, airline requirements and company SOPs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Export Air Freight Operations.
- Good knowledge of DGFT, Customs procedures and export documentation.
- Familiarity with airline booking processes and freight forwarding operations.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
