Job Position: Digital Marketing Team Lead

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team to achieve business growth and lead generation objectives.
- Develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
- Manage website traffic growth, conversion optimization, and online brand visibility initiatives.
- Coordinate with content, design, sales, and business development teams to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with organizational goals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to management.
- Mentor, guide, and support team members to enhance productivity and professional development.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources across channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with prior experience leading or mentoring a team.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
- Proven track record of driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign performance improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint are preferred.
