- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM or ERP system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Track sales targets, prepare sales reports, and analyze sales data.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and product availability.
- Schedule meetings, maintain sales calendars, and organize sales documentation.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement when required.
- Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
- Support the sales team with follow-ups on customer payments and outstanding orders.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
