As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications effectively support organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience in customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet diverse business needs.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Sales Cloud configurations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of data management and security best practices within Salesforce platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.
