JOB DESCRIPTION – OUTBOUND SALES EXECUTIVE
Position: Outbound Sales Executive
Campaign: ELD
Process: USA Outbound Sales
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Outbound Sales / Telesales
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 In-Hand
Shift Time - 10pm to 7am (Monday to Friday)
Location - Sector V, Kolkata
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
About the Role
We are looking for confident and result-oriented #OutboundSalesExecutives to join our #ELD #USA #VoiceProcess.
The role involves making outbound calls to customers in the USA, understanding their requirements, presenting relevant solutions, and converting calls into successful sales.
The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and prior experience in outbound sales or telesales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to customers in the USA.
Communicate with customers professionally and confidently.
Understand customer requirements and explain products/services effectively.
Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate call and customer records.
Follow the company's sales process, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Outbound Sales / Telesales is mandatory.
Fluent spoken English is mandatory.
Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
Age: 18–40 years.
Should have good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable working in a USA voice process.
Target-oriented individuals with a strong sales mindset are preferred.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
