We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project drawings and specifications, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the sales and project teams. Experience in construction or interiors will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Review project drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.
Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents.
Calculate material, labour, and equipment costs.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
Prepare project budgets and cost analysis reports.
Work closely with the sales, procurement, and project execution teams.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Maintain estimation records and update pricing databases.
Ensure estimates are completed within the required timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience as an Estimator (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation software.
Ability to read technical drawings and project specifications.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
