IANMAN is a B2B digital marketing company working with medium and large enterprises across India, the US, and Europe. We help businesses grow through lead generation, personalised outreach, content, and paid growth.
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join our Pune team. Your job is to call cold prospects every day, start real conversations, and set up meetings for our senior sales team. This is a calling-heavy role and we want someone who enjoys talking to people and does not give up easily.
Requirements
- Strong spoken English, clear and confident on a call
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
- Able to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Good listener who can ask the right questions and adapt mid-conversation
- Organised with follow-ups and pipeline tracking
- No prior experience required
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to cold prospects across our target markets every day
- Introduce IANMAN and identify whether there is a fit
- Handle objections and keep the conversation moving forward
- Set up qualified meetings for the senior sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes
- Work with the team to improve messaging based on what is working
Preferred Qualifications
- Any prior experience in a calling or customer-facing role
- Basic understanding of B2B sales
- Interest in AI and technology
