Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media & Content Writing Manager who will be responsible for managing content strategy, execution, and communication initiatives across digital platforms. The role requires a combination of creativity, research, and strategic thinking to produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content aligned with the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn
- Create engaging content including reel scripts, captions, and storytelling formats
- Manage and build the founder’s personal brand through thought leadership content.
- Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with trends and organizational goals
- Design and structure a fortnightly newsletter featuring data insights, updates, and educational content
- Conduct research on water-related issues, sustainability trends, and environmental topics
- Identify and coordinate with influencers, creators, and media professionals for collaborations
- Draft professional communication for CSR partnerships, corporate outreach, and collaborations
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication channels
- Collaborate with the creative team to align visuals with content and storytelling
- Support grant-related documentation and application processes
- Script writing for videos for social media posts, corporate/brand video, etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong writing and communication skills with a focus on storytelling and clarity
- Understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn
- Ability to translate research and data into engaging and accessible content
- Basic knowledge of content strategy, audience engagement, and digital trends
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Experience in social media management or content creation
- Exposure to personal branding or founder-led content
- Interest or knowledge in sustainability, environment, or social impact sectors
- Experience in newsletter writing or email marketing
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
