Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our resort and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all operational departments, maintaining service excellence, optimizing resource utilization, and driving profitability while ensuring compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesResort Operations
- Oversee the overall functioning of the resort, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate and supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and other support departments.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality are maintained across all departments.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement corrective actions to enhance the guest experience.
Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate department heads and operational staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient workforce deployment.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets and operational expenses.
- Optimize resource utilization to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Analyze operational reports, occupancy trends, revenue performance, and guest feedback.
- Ensure proper inventory management and cost control measures.
Guest Relations
- Handle guest complaints and escalations professionally and promptly.
- Ensure personalized service delivery to enhance guest loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor online reviews and feedback platforms and take necessary action.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain resort standards, SOPs, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct periodic audits and inspections of facilities and services.
Facility Management
- Oversee maintenance of resort infrastructure, guest rooms, public areas, and recreational facilities.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are implemented effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and operational requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role at a resort, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest service standards.
- Experience in managing multiple operational departments.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
