Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and friendly Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will contact potential customers by phone, introduce our products/services, and generate leads or sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally
- Answer customer questions
- Record call details and update customer information
- Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable making high-volume calls
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
