Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS records.
- Assist management with HR planning and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (Freshers with strong HR knowledge may also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
