We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources (HR) Generalist to support our growing team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance. This role plays a key part in creating a positive workplace culture and supporting employees throughout their lifecycle with the company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business goals.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and workforce planning.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
- Support training, engagement, and company culture initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Proven experience in policy development and organizational development.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software applications.
