Position Purpose
The Trust Manager shall be responsible for strengthening the brand image and reputation of our school's Educational Trust, driving student admissions across institutions under the Trust, building strategic partnerships, coordinating outreach initiatives, and ensuring the successful implementation of educational, social, and developmental programs aligned with the Trust's vision and mission.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Building and Institutional Promotion
Develop branding strategies, media relations, public outreach, events, and communication initiatives.
2. Admissions and Enrollment Management
Lead Intermediate admissions, build feeder-school relationships, conduct campaigns, and achieve enrollment targets.
3. Marketing and Outreach
Coordinate digital marketing, print campaigns, publicity, market research, and promotional materials.
4. Strategic Partnerships and Networking
Build partnerships with educational institutions, corporates, NGOs, and government agencies.
5. Trust Programs and Community Development
Coordinate scholarships, educational programs, and community outreach initiatives.
6. Fundraising and Resource Mobilization
Identify donors, CSR opportunities, and fundraising initiatives.
7. Institutional Development and Strategic Planning
Support strategic growth initiatives and institutional development projects.
8. Administration and Reporting
Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure compliance with Trust policies.
9. Team Leadership and Coordination
Coordinate admissions, marketing, academic, and administrative teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Admissions growth, brand visibility, outreach programs, partnerships, fundraising outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
