About the Role
Vivaan Water & Enviro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Liaison Manager to coordinate with Government Authorities, Regulatory Bodies, Industrial Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and other stakeholders for obtaining approvals, permissions, NOCs, registrations, and statutory clearances required for the successful execution of water, groundwater, environmental, and infrastructure-related projects.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of government procedures, regulatory compliance, and documentation, along with excellent relationship management skills to ensure timely completion of all regulatory processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesGovernment & Regulatory Liaison
- Liaise with Central, State, and Local Government Authorities for project-related approvals and statutory permissions.
- Coordinate with Ground Water Authorities, Municipal Corporations, Gram Panchayats, Revenue Departments, Irrigation Departments, MIDC Authorities, Pollution Control Boards, and other regulatory bodies.
- Obtain and follow up on NOCs, licenses, registrations, permits, and statutory approvals required for company projects.
- Attend meetings with government officials and represent the company professionally.
Groundwater & Water Resource Approvals
- Coordinate matters related to groundwater extraction permissions, borewell approvals, and water resource regulations.
- Follow up for registrations, approvals, and statutory compliances with groundwater regulatory authorities.
- Assist clients in obtaining water-related permissions and environmental clearances.
- Monitor changes in groundwater regulations and keep management informed of any regulatory updates.
Project & Client Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients for timely submission of documents and regulatory compliance.
- Support project teams in resolving regulatory and administrative issues.
- Facilitate communication between clients and government departments whenever required.
- Ensure approvals are obtained on time to avoid project delays.
Tender & Contract Support
- Assist in obtaining statutory documents required for government tenders and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments for tender-related compliance documentation.
- Follow up on government correspondence and contract-related documentation.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare, compile, review, and submit applications, affidavits, declarations, and supporting documents.
- Maintain records of approvals, licenses, permits, agreements, and official correspondence.
- Track renewal timelines for licenses, registrations, and statutory approvals.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government officials, consultants, industry bodies, and clients.
- Represent the company during meetings, inspections, hearings, and official interactions.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all external dealings.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on approvals, pending applications, and liaison activities.
- Maintain trackers for all regulatory submissions, approvals, and follow-ups.
- Update management regarding project risks, delays, and regulatory developments.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 7–9 years of experience in Liaison, Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, or Project Coordination.
- Prior experience in Water, Environmental, Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering, Mining, or related industries will be preferred.
- Proven experience dealing with government departments and statutory authorities.
Required Skills

- Sound knowledge of government procedures, statutory regulations, and approval processes.
- Strong drafting, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
