We are hiring a performance-driven Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Generate quality leads through paid marketing strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI
- Handle audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and campaign execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram & Google advertising
- Knowledge of campaign optimization and performance tracking
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
