A Franchise Development Manager is responsible for expanding the brand by identifying, attracting, and onboarding new franchise partners. The role focuses on business growth through franchise sales, relationship management, and ensuring alignment with the company’s expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities1. Franchise Sales & Expansion
- Identify potential franchise opportunities in target markets
- Generate leads through digital platforms, events, and networking
- Conduct discovery calls and presentations for prospective franchisees
- Close franchise deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
2. Lead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound franchise inquiries
- Maintain and track leads using CRM systems
- Qualify prospects based on financial capability and business fit
3. Franchise Onboarding
- Guide new franchisees through the onboarding process
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams for agreement execution
- Assist in location finalization and initial setup support
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends and competitor franchise models
- Suggest expansion strategies for new cities/regions
- Identify high-potential locations for growth
5. Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with new and existing franchise partners
- Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-opening phase
- Ensure franchisees understand brand guidelines and expectations
6. Branding & Promotion
- Collaborate with marketing teams for franchise campaigns
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, seminars, and franchise expos
Pay: ₹13,074.74 - ₹35,000.00 per month
