We are looking for an experienced Design Manager with a strong background in hospitality projects to join our growing team.
Key Requirements:
* B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
* 8–10 years of professional experience
* 100% proficiency in AutoCAD
* Strong experience in core hospitality / hotel projects
* Ability to coordinate with multiple consultants (Architecture, MEP, Structural, Interior, etc.)
* Strong understanding of design coordination and drawing reviews
* Experience in managing design deliverables and timelines
* Ability to support project teams during design development and execution stages
Additional Details:
* Travel to project sites will be mandatory for coordination and review
* Preference will be given to candidates based in Mumbai or Pune
* Compensation: ₹1.5 – ₹2.0 Lakh CTC per month (depending on candidate experience)
* Reporting: Direct reporting to the Principal Consultant
* Only candidates based in Mumbai or planning to relocate should apply
* Earliest available candidates will have an advantage
* Target Joining Date: Immediate
