As we expand our reach, we are looking for an articulate, high-energy, and resourceful Sales & Business Development Representative to join our on-site team in Malad West.
Role Overview
We aren't looking for standard script-readers. We need a modern sales professional who understands the digital landscape and possesses an exceptional command of language. In this role, you will lead our multi-channel outreach strategy—targeting and engaging high-value clients through cold calls, sharp email campaigns, strategic social media DMs, and active online platform networking.
Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Outreach: Actively prospect and acquire new B2B clients across multiple digital channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and targeted online platforms.
Cold Engagement: Execute high-volume cold calling and personalized cold email campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Social Selling & DMs: Craft highly personalized, engaging direct messages (DMs) to decision-makers and business owners without sounding robotic.
Client Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects from the first point of contact until the handoff to the account team.
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of all outreach efforts, follow-ups, and pipeline status using our tracking tools.
What We Are Looking For
Exceptional Vocabulary & Communication: You must have an impeccable command of the English language, both written and verbal. You know how to tailor your tone to sound sophisticated, persuasive, and professional.
Platform Proficiency: Comfortable navigating and leveraging various social media and professional networking platforms for lead generation.
Sales/Client Management Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, agency outreach, or client-facing roles. Experience in the digital marketing or tech agency space is a massive plus.
Resilience & Drive: A self-starter attitude with the grit to handle rejections and the consistency required for continuous daily outreach.
Proximity: Ability to work full-time on-site at our Malad West office.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if you have the skills).
1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or tele-sales (preferably in a B2B or agency environment).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
