Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales within the technology sector, with strong field experience and a passion for building long-term client relationships. Knowledge of fintech or payment systems will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities.
· Drive enterprise sales for Mupizo Payments across various types of Android devices, Mpos, Soundboxes, and other devices
· Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities in the fintech and payments ecosystem
· Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
· Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, and customer success) to deliver tailored solutions.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in fintech/payments.
· Requirements
· 4–6 years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
· Strong field sales background with proven ability to close large deals.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Knowledge of fintech or payment systems is highly desirable.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
· Based in Mumbai with willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹14,213.70 - ₹100,000.00 per month
