About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and guest-oriented Food and Beverage Associates to join our vibrant team! You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service to the guest.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering friendly and efficient service to guests in restaurant.
- Greeting guests, seating them promptly, and presenting menus with a thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
- Taking orders accurately, processing payments using our point-of-sale system, and ensuring timely bill presentation.
- Maintaining a clean and inviting dining area by resetting tables, clearing used dishes, and restocking condiments.
- Upholding the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues in the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth operation.
- Assisting with side duties such as refilling beverage stations and maintaining a clean service area.
- Contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma/Secondary School Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Strong teamwork abilities and a willingness to help colleagues.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for service.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
