- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 3 Hours Work From Home
Salary Range:
₹26,000 – ₹40,000 CTC per month (depending on experience, technical knowledge, communication skills, and capabilities)

Position Overview
We are looking for a confident and motivated Technical Business Development Executive to support our business growth activities. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a basic understanding of electrical or engineering products/services, and the confidence to interact with clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online meetings.
The primary role is to generate and qualify leads, arrange meetings and demonstrations, and create business opportunities for the sales team. This is not purely a digital marketing role; it combines business development, technical marketing, lead generation, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Contact prospective clients and qualify opportunities before passing them to the sales team for quotations and technical discussions.
- Arrange meetings, presentations, and online demonstrations with potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, company profiles, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Promote the company's electrical engineering, industrial automation, software, and industrial supply solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in industrial, utility, manufacturing, government, and commercial sectors.
- Support the sales and engineering teams by gathering customer requirements and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and other business development activities.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, online demonstrations, and exhibitions when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone and during online meetings.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good presentation and PowerPoint preparation skills.
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering, industrial automation, software solutions, or technical products.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing, and lead generation tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, technical sales, lead generation, digital marketing, or engineering-related marketing.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong technical understanding may also apply.
Performance Targets & Incentives
- Monthly lead generation and qualified opportunity targets will be assigned.
- Performance will be measured based on the quality and quantity of leads generated, meetings arranged, and business opportunities created.
- Incentives may be provided for successful sales generated from leads introduced by the employee.
- Incentives will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on project value, profitability, employee contribution, and who ultimately closes the sale.
- High performers will have opportunities for career growth into Senior Business Development Executive, Sales Engineer, or Business Development Manager roles.
