- Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting field
• 5–8 years of experience in SAP FICO support or consulting
• SAP certification (FI/CO) – optional but preferred
• Experience in global support environment, especially North America, is an added advantage.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO modules)
• Good understanding of end-to-end finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow / ITSM tools / Jira (preferred)
