Role Summary
The Ecosystem Associate will be responsible for developing relationships with incubators, accelerators, innovation hubs, investors, and startup ecosystem partners. The role involves coordinating incubation opportunities, preparing startups for interviews, and ensuring smooth collaboration with ecosystem stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and establish partnerships with incubators, accelerators, innovation hubs, and startup ecosystem partners.
Coordinate incubation, funding, mentoring, and partnership interviews for startups.
Schedule meetings and maintain communication with startup founders and ecosystem partners.
Conduct startup grooming sessions before interviews, including:
Pitch Deck Review
Business Model Refinement
Mock Interview Sessions
Q&A Preparation
Presentation & Communication Coaching
Guide startups regarding incubation eligibility, selection criteria, and application processes.
Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the incubation journey.
Track interview outcomes and collect feedback.
Develop and maintain a database of incubators, investors, mentors, and ecosystem partners.
Prepare periodic reports on partnerships, interviews, and startup success metrics.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong networking and stakeholder management
Knowledge of startup ecosystem and incubation programs
Startup mentoring or business development experience
Presentation and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
